Reunion Details

The Reunion Planning Committee met on March 7. This is the schedule of events in the works:

Saturday, MAY 30:

Scramble - Norwoods - 9:00 a.m.
Check-in by 8:45 a.m.

RSVP to Andrea Bailey Scott. Her e-mail is ascott@adams.net. Andrea will coordinate tee times for participants, who will be responsible for paying green/cart fees directly to Norwoods.

Family Event - Huckleberry Park - 10:00 a.m.-noon

Light refreshments provided by the Planning Committee, and some outdoor games. Bring your kiddos (or just come to see all the offspring!!). Have your cameras at the ready...

Bonfire - South of Amphitheater - BYOB - 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

The main event: we're having a bonfire down by the river, just south of the amphitheater. (Directions - take Main to Washington and then head toward the river... you'll find it!!) The event is casual and we are hoping to use this as a fund-raising opportunity for the 20 year reunion, so bring your donations! Bring your own beverage and a lawn chair, if you'd like. S'mores fixings provided by the Planning Committee.

As of now, we are not planning an organized event for Friday, May 29, but assume people will end up at Kerley's downtown.

The whole idea of the reunion for this year is to keep things free, low-cost, and to ACCEPT DONATIONS so that we can have a real blow-out in 5 years.
