Final Updated Itinerary!

The reunion is almost here!  Below is the last update to the itinerary for the weekend.  Important notes:  Tickets are now $30 if you haven't pre-registered.  You can purchase them on Friday night at Kerley's or on Saturday night at the door.  You do not need a ticket for Friday night but we will be taking donations to help cover costs of the weekend.  All events are rain or shine -- just look for the big banner!  Lastly:  please, please - think in advance about safe rides home this weekend.  Cabs can be hard to come by in Hannibal and I want everyone to be safe (and stay out of trouble!).  Looking forward to seeing you all soon.

Updated Itinerary

Classmates -
Attached below is the updated itinerary for next weekend's reunion.  New info:  Friday night, 6/6, we will be meeting at Kerley's at 7:00 p.m. outside on the patio.  Friday night is a free event (buy your own), no ticket needed, although we will collect donations if you have come and didn't buy a ticket for Saturday night.  You can also purchase tickets for Saturday night when we are at Kerley's.  Hope to see you all soon!

Golfers -- Please read!

If anyone is interested in golfing during the day on Saturday of the reunion (June 7), please contact Jim Evans (evansjim75@yahoo.com) and let him know. He is trying to get tee times together for the group. There is a tournament at Norwoods so the plan is to golf together at the Legion instead. Estimated cost is $30 per golfer. See you soon!

20 Year Reunion Date Set: June 6-7, 2014. Details below!

Classmates: We are just 7 weeks away from our class reunion!!

I hope you plan to attend: Friday, June 6 – Saturday, June 7. Details are below and additional details will be posted as info becomes available.
Ticket price is $25.00 per person if tickets are purchased up to 7 days in advance. If tickets are purchased less than 7 days or at the door, ticket is $30 per person. Tickets can be purchased in advance via PayPal, by sending money to Audra Hull at ahull@hannibal.k12.mo.us. Please check the box "sending money to a friend" when you send via PayPal. Also, include your name and the name of any guest. There is also a paper invoice if you would prefer to mail a check to Audra instead.
Friday night: the details of Friday night can’t be announced as of yet because they are pending the weather. In any case, the meeting time will be at 7:00 p.m. We will announce the location and will give specifics about 2 weeks out.
Saturday morning: Join us for Breakfast at the Park, downtown at Kiwanis Park (on the riverfront). We will provide coffee/juice/doughnuts, from 9-10:30 a.m. Kids and families and guests are welcome!
Saturday golf: If anyone is interested in golfing, please contact classmates Justin Beedle or Jimmy Evans directly. They are arranging golf for those interested during the day on Saturday.
Saturday night: the main event will be at the KC hall will be from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Your ticket includes dinner, DJ, outdoor games, wine/beer, and fun and reminiscing! No reunion would be complete without a slideshow of old photos. If you have any you would like to include, please e-mail them to me. We also plan to have either free or cheap transportation home from Custom Transit.

Almost here!!

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone who can make it out this weekend...
Don't forget - schedule of events:
I think many of us will be downtown at Kerley's on Friday night, but no organized event.

Saturday - come golf at 9:00 a.m. at Norwoods. If you haven't told Andrea Scott that you are playing by now, try to drop her a line but if all else fails, just show up a little bit early on Saturday. I know there are some teams that still need to be rounded out.

Be sure to check out Huckleberry Park at 10:00... I can't wait to see how everyone's kids have grown since we last got together!

Finally, we will see everyone down by the ampitheater at 7:00. We will try to have signs up. We are providing hot dogs and smores, but bring your own beverages and seats. David Locke is donating some hay bales for additional seating (thanks, David!!). And thanks to Philip Briscoe for bringing fire wood. More thorough thank you's will go out to all the planning committee members after all is said and done... but things wouldn't have come this far without each of you. SO thanks!!

If all else fails and you don't know where you are supposed to be, call my parent's house (still 221-4161) and Temple will get you there!! :)

Reunion - Updated details

Hope you are planning to attend the reunion on the 30th! Some more updated details:

- If you are interested in golfing with the group, please contact Andrea (Bailey) Scott by May 23.

- Adults only at the bonfire on Saturday night. Make sure to bring your own beverage and your own seat (if you want to sit).

- In the event we are flooded/rained out of the river location, the "bonfire" on the 30th will be at the Y Men's Pavilion (Mud Volleyball Shelter) downtown, from 7-10 p.m.

- If you are unable to attend the reunion, but would like to make a donation to go toward our fundraising efforts for the 20-year bash, you can mail a check to Audra (Mack) Hull, 50 Satellite Drive, Hannibal, MO 63401. You can make checks payable to "HHS Class of 1994."
